Work collaboratively with Trustees, staff, and volunteers to cultivate, solicit and steward major and planned gift donors. Identify opportunities for individual donor involvement through cultivation and relationship management strategies and timelines
Direct regional outreach initiatives to strengthen the base of individual and corporate support to sustain the organization's long-term stability including annual and special fund drives, major gifts; special events, donor stewardship initiatives.
Develop, implement and manage strategies for identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding major and planned gift donors. Prepare and submit annual income and expenditure budget; monitor same to effectively manage resources.
Develop and implement an annual strategic plan with specific objectives and action items that feature measurable goals. Direct the moves management system of donor cultivation/measurement
Direct the use of moves management donor cultivation system to set cultivation and solicitation goals and report progress toward meeting measures set for Foundation staff and volunteers.
Develop and direct cultivation events.
Provide professional support to Board of Trustees.
Assist Executive Director in grant management activities including foundation and corporate relations, tracking, reporting, and compliance. Write grant proposals and
research funding opportunities for existing or new foundation initiatives. Build personal relationships with funding partners to assure long-term opportunities.
Manage multi-level communications program including print, verbal and electronic vehicles such as newsletters, web sites, flash communications, email blasts and personal communications
Manage capital campaign goals, progress, and reporting, research and campaign volunteers to facilitate timely progress
Design and implement annual giving plans to include physician campaigns
Lead development of programs and strategies to invite major gifts to fund organizational priorities
Demonstrate ability to handle stressful situations, including ability to perform essential job functions in the midst of frequent interruptions.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills.
Represent the organization at meetings of business and professional groups as well as actively participate in community activities to develop and maintain relationships with community leaders, physicians, associates, grateful patients, etc.

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
5 years direct experience in face-to-face donor solicitation
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
