Dispatchers work right here in Grand Junction, Colorado servicing Oil & Gas drilling customers, with truckloads of sand and cement for hydraulic fracturing operations in Colorado, North Dakota and Wyoming.
Now Hiring Night Dispatcher. This is not your granddad's oilfield job. Systems are computerized, federally regulated, and highly technical. Dispatch Schedule is a 4 day on and 4 day off, 12 hour shift schedule. From your central office, you will be a key player enabling Drivers to provide our customers safe and reliable service while you stretch your own skills and grow your career. Teamwork, Customer Service, Communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet make you the right candidate for this high profile position. Responsibilities:
Effectively routing Frac Sand/Cement delivery trucks to loading facilities and drilling locations
Contact customers to solidify work for all available assets during each shift
Managing Driver routes, workloads, and shifts within HOS Regulations
Leading, coordinating, scheduling and communicating information to Drivers, as well as tracking and communicating with customers
Preparing forms for customers including weights, Tickets, Bills of Lading, and Times. Sending info upon request via email and Google Drive
Answering incoming phone calls/inquiries. Providing and promoting positive and effective service to both internal and external customers
Participate in Hand-Off meetings at the beginning and end of each shift. Update team via email with information on shift events
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have Strong Salesmanship and customer service skills. Dispatchers do not just take orders. They make calls in attempts to utilize 100% of assets daily. When a truck is not moving, a Dispatcher is movingto secure work for that truck
Consistent attendance is vital
Must be able to work weekends/holidays
Basic problem solving and organization consistently throughout a 12 hour shift
Must be able to effectively use Microsoft Excel, Outlook Email, Microsoft Word, Google Drive, Google Maps
Computer savvy. Need to be able to learn and effectively use our TMW software system, Qualcomm Fleet management software, and Lean Logistics software
Learn Federal Hours of Service regulations for CDL Drivers
Good telephone and email communication skills are a key requirement
Must be able to multi-task at a fast pace while managing fleets of 20-35 trucks
Previous Dispatch, Inventory, Truck Management experience a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
