Plans and implements annual outreach activities, including speaking engagements, booths, ads and distribution of program information
Ensures client assessments are completed; service is set up to the homebound; participant files, route books and records are maintained. Responsible for service changes; assures follow up when meals can not be delivered and communicates reservations needed for volunteer meals.
Recruits, trains, schedules and assists volunteers; maintains volunteer files and records of donated hours; acts to resolve conflicts that arise and responds to volunteer needs
Organizes and implements volunteer recognition; generates newsletters and distributes notices to volunteers to maintain positive communication and relationships.
Maintains the database to create monthly statements of services for home delivered participants; documents units of education provided via newsletters.
Supervises and assists volunteers in the operation of dining sites to assure customer satisfaction and compliance with policies and procedures.
Assures information on home delivered participant files are accurate and up to date on the program's database; compiles reports when requested and handles other duties as assigned.
Assures that the duties of the Program Clerk are accomplished in an accurate and timely manner consistent with the assigned tasks.

Education:
2 years (i.e. Associate Degree) beyond HS
Experience:
Greater than 1 year related experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
