Effectiveness: o Creates a selling culture that will meet/exceed clients' sales plans. o Leads and monitors store level margin drivers, e.g., solution selling, accessory attachment rate, inactive inventory, price change execution and POS reductions. o Achieves all miscellaneous income plans, e.g., merchandise replacement plans, protection agreements, new account generation, gift cards, email acquisition, etc o Achieves controllable cost plans and identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities. o Communicates opportunities and solutions that will allow clients to meet/exceed profit plans. Disciplined Decision Making: o Act as the eyes and ears of the client - provides clients with fact-based, real time feedback on the product life cycle including assortment, pricing, inventory flow, marketing support, transition/exit strategies, etc. o Utilizes quantitative and qualitative data to measure and achieve desired outcomes and address outlier opportunities. o Consistently provide a sense of urgency to maintain standards while obtaining associate buy-in.
Job Duties/
Responsibilities: o Learns the day to day operations of maintaining and managing a Sears Full Line Retail Store department. o Understands and participates in coaching selling skills & sales forecasting for a department. o Identifies sales opportunities and changes approach to drive a different outcome. o Identifies local merchandise assortment opportunities and partners with necessary field and support center resources to rectify and solve. o Learns to analyze margin and profit levers for a department. Develops action plans to address opportunities. o Review and adjusting merchandise assortment opportunities by applying knowledge gained during training. o Maintains national presentation, signing and pricing standards for a department. o Learns how to manage associates schedules, monitor attendance and address issues accordingly. o Ensures productivity of associates in meeting expectations in an efficient manner, with high integrity. o Learns how to effectively coach associates for success within the organization through effective communication, associate observation, timely feedback, recognition and performance management/performance reviews. o Learns recruitment process of new hires to fill open and anticipated labor needs of hourly and salaried associates. o Learns the business model of other SHC partners including Licensed Businesses, Product Repair Services, Home Delivery. Works closely with each to ensure understanding of the respective support areas while achieving mutual business goals and ensuring customer satisfaction levels are achieved within a department.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
