As a Real Estate Coordinator, you will serve as an integral member of the brokerage team and will provide support to our real estate agents as they navigate transactions from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities include:
Assist Residential and Commercial Brokers as needed in the process of listing properties into the MLS and other marketing sites.
Ensuring that the listing is complete with all applicable documentation, including but not limited to listing contracts and other necessary documents that meet all the requirements of the Local and State board.
Provide a wide range of duties including communication with the listing Broker including but not limited to:
uploading and organizing photos in the MLS, updating any necessary changes regarding the listing, coordinating showings, pulling additional documents, and ordering reports.
Assist in updating the status of the listing as it goes through the lifecycle of listing in the MLS and other marketing sites- Active, Under Contract, Sold.
Communicating with the Agent(s) on the other end of the transaction, when necessary, to ensure listing was closed out properly.

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and ability to learn additional real estate specific programs.

Customer Service Experience required 11.
Real Estate experience is not required but is a plus Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
