Heath Information Clerk We are seeking a Health Information Clerk to join our growing team.
As a Health Information Clerk you will collect, maintain, and make available to authorized users accurate and complete patient health information in a timely manner.
Compensation:
$17.
00/hr.

Schedule:
Full time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm on site position.

Responsibilities:
Requests health related documentation and accurately uploads into the database Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records Add new material to file records and create new records as necessary Organize and maintain files and documents Answer questions about files and retrieve information from files in response to requests from authorized users Gather and prepare patient charts/documents Ensure that the medical records are organized, accurate and complete Safeguard patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Excellent writing, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize and function in a team environment.
Must possess a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented demeanor.
Must be discrete, trustworthy, and possess high level of integrity.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
