A high volume of phone calls (we're not kidding when we say a high volume of phone calls), text messages and emails occur daily.
This position utilizes QuickBooks for accounts payable and an industry specific software for all other tasks.
While Accounts Payable and other accounting duties are the primary focus this position is also part of our scheduling and customer service team which is the epicenter of communication between our customers and our technicians.
Our customers are the core of our business, therefore, a friendly, outgoing attitude is required to provide exceptional customer service and to resolve all potential challenges.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
