Create scheduling, planning, organization, and coordination in support of two business executives along with bookkeeping for several entities.
Key Objectives:
Bookkeeping for several small clients and HOA entities.
Organize and coordinate business projects.
Provides assistance for tax preparation services Plan, organize, and execute client support activities (scheduling, reminders, mailers, basic inquires, etc.
).
Key Responsibilities (once trained, you will be able to):
Coordinate, confirm, plan, and respond to client scheduling requests while protecting the schedule based on the owners' requests.
When necessary, provide offsite support for clients and events/meetings.
Document and maintain an eye on short- and longer-term deadlines, plans, and tasks on behalf of the CEOs so they don't slip through the cracks or fall off the radar.
Assemble and prepare for signatures tax returns and other completed documents in a timely and efficient manner.
Ability to route incoming phone, email, and mail handling basic requests and inquiries.
Maintain manual and electronic filing and storage systems, including electronically scanning documents, posting, and retrieval of requested information.
Perform data entry and bookkeeping.
Efficiently run business errands.
Ability to be personable, responsible, demonstrate unsolicited initiative and grace with all members of the team, vendors, and clients.
Maintain unparalleled confidentiality, discretion, and judgement.
