owns and operates multiple Taco Bell Restaurants in western Colorado.
This position is in our corporate office located in Grand Junction, CO.
Primary responsibility is to process bi-weekly payroll and associated forms including new hire paperwork, direct deposits, time off requests, initial set ups for insurance and 401k, etc.
In addition to payroll, this position will provide accounting and office admin support including data entry, assist in generating performance reports, HR forms, AP, answering front door.
Must be detail oriented, a self-starter, self-managed, have strong communication skills proficient in Excel and other applications.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience with third party payroll vendors and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains a plus.
Qualifications:
Payroll/Accounting experience required.
Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum 3 years accounting/finance experience.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains Software helpful.
Understanding of Accrual vs Cash Accounting Strong Excel and web-based application skills Problem-solving and analytical abilities Must possess the ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in person with Home Office as well as employees at multiple restaurant locations Must display the ability to use effective independent judgment and be able to work with a minimum of direct supervision.
This position offers competitive compensation and benefits package if full-time.
