The ideal candidate for this position will have previous automotive service advisor experience, be a team player, and possess excellent customer service skills.
Experience is preferred but we will consider all applicants with retail sales experience.
The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters.
Their core responsibility is to listen and thoroughly understand customer problems, to arrange for an appropriate automotive service visit, and to set/manage expectations on the part of the customer and the technician(s) in terms of service delivery.
We are searching for individuals that are professional in appearance, dependable, self- motivated, and possess excellent customer service skills.
Duties will include meet/greet customers, recommend regular routine maintenance, follow up with customers, up- sell repairs, and take ownership and accept accountability for delivering outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some post-secondary automotive training or experience, an unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record, and a strong technical and customer service performance record.
He or she must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service.
