The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and troubleshooting any customer issues.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to think quickly and effectively in order to resolve customer issues.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Identify and escalate issues to appropriate personnel for resolution.
