Qualifications for Caregivers Must have an empathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly.
Ability to carry out directions, read and write.
Maturity to deal with the demands of the job.
Ability to lift moderate weight.
Valid CO driver's license (preferred) We offer higher compensation rates for those with their CNA.
No experience is required, and paid training is provided by FirstLight Home Care.
