- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews and attending job fairs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality -- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee questions - Conduct new employee orientation.
Coordinate employee training and development programs - Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns and assisting with conflict management - Assist with data collection and analysis for HR metrics and reporting purposes - Provide general administrative support to the HR department Requirements:
- 2
years of experience in an HR assistant or similar role - Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Paycom - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
