The HR Assistant performs administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the human resources department.
Most importantly, the HR Assistant creates a positive impact by being responsive, organized, and always happy to help.
Summary of Essential Duties:
Maintain, with integrity and confidentiality, accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
and refer more complex questions to Director of Human Resources.
Accurate and on-time data entry of employee information and changes into various platforms, including HRIS.
Facilitate the onboarding process of new employees to create a positive Day One experience.
Facilitate the offboarding of terminated employees.
Perform administrative assistant tasks (filing, creating forms, calendars, birthday lists, etc.
) Perform periodic audits, reconciliations, and resolve any uncovered discrepancies.
Keep record of expenses related to an employee's acquirement of their producer license and/or an employee's maintenance of their producer license.
Assist with planning and execution of special events.
Work on projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Attend meetings as requested by management.
Compensation & Benefits $22 - $28 per hour 401k with company match Position can be in-office, hybrid-remote, or fully remote.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
