As an integral part of our dealership you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a thorough understanding of the dealership's inventory and features to effectively assist customers in finding the right vehicle.
Perform administrative tasks, such as processing paperwork, scheduling appointments.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
