00/ hour We are looking for an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This person will contribute to the increase of sales and customer satisfaction by efficiently and courteously assisting telephone customers, walk-in customers, and outside sales in the selection and acquisition of needed products.
Job
Responsibilities:
? Process all incoming customer inquiries via phone, fax, email, mail or online, and assist outside sales in quotes and/or orders.
? Input customer orders, quotes, bid, etc.
for products.
? Assist with the purchase of product to fill said orders.
? Quote and sell our supplier's products that provide value to our customers and a fair profit to the Company.
? Provide product pricing and availability information to customers.
? Solve or request managment's assistant to quickly solve customer's problems.
? Maintain and expand knowledge of Rocky Mountain Elevator Products so that these products can be present professionally to our current customers and potential customers.
? Track and send Returned Merchandise.
? Provide the best service in the industry to our customers.
Job Requirements:
? Prior experience in Sales and Administration 1 or more years ? Proficient in Microsoft Office ? Background Check and drug testing required ? Team Player who works productively with a wide range of people.
? Professional demeanor.
? Understand basic inventory, warehouse and stocking procedures or willingness to learn.
? Technical expertise and knowledge of company products or willingness to learn Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
? Effective listening and good phone skills ? Able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact.
? Delivers superior customer service.
? Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures.
? Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
? Accuracy and attention to detail.
