Sky Canyon Veterinary Hospital is a fast paced, small general and referral veterinary practice looking to add to our team.
We see dogs and cats for routine care, orthopedic referrals, and more.
Our hospital is committed to exceptional patient care.
We offer advanced diagnostics and procedures for our patients (in house blood work, ultrasound, radiographs, arthroscopy, CT imaging and more.
) We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dedicated, positive, energetic, has excellent communication skills and works well multi-tasking, individually and on a team, in a fast paced environment with a smile on their face.
Our Client Service Representatives are the face of Sky Canyon because they are the first contact for our clients.
It is very important that this person can make our clients feel welcomed and secure about bringing their pets to us for care.
Some job duties include:
answering phones, emailing, texting/chatting with clients, triaging client calls, scheduling, scanning/faxing, calling other veterinary hospitals for records, escorting pets and clients to rooms, taking payments, creating new client and patient files, communicating with the clients, technicians and veterinarians, giving the animals all the love and so much more.
Pay range depends on experience.
Full-time positions receive benefits.
Schedule:
We are open Monday - Friday with potential to open on Saturdays in the future.
The days may rotate depending on scheduling needs.
