NaphCare is hiring an experienced Part-Time Substance Use Disorder Case Manager to join our team at the Mesa County Jail in Grand Junction, CO.
Pay rates range from $31.
00-$34.
00 per hour based on type of license, certification, Shift, FT, PRN, temporary contract, site needs, licensure, and experience.

Provide screening, assessment, and group/individualized treatment within a collaborative team for offenders with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring mental health disorders, as well as transition case management services Documentation and data entry.
Qualified candidates hold a Substance Use Disorder provider license and is in good standing with the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Minimum qualification:
Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) Preferred qualification:
Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) with experience in a mental health setting (LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred, but not required).
Unrestricted professional license in Colorado Supervision toward LAC hours is available on-site.
