HopeWest PACE provides home care, access to the day center and clinic, transportation to and from medical appointments, activities, and so much more to enhance the lives of the participants and their families.
Through this innovative new program called PACE, we balance the medical, emotional, physical, and social needs with care that allows each participant the opportunity to stay safely in the place they call home.
Our Drivers are responsible for the safe transportation of participants to and from the day center, their homes, and outside medical appointments.
This position communicates with the other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure any concerns or issues are addressed by the appropriate team member.
Our drivers are also responsible for maintaining the safety and cleanliness standards for their vehicles.
What You Bring:
Current Colorado CNA License preferred but not required Valid Colorado Driver's license, adequate automobile insurance and reliable transportation A genuine spirit of caring and compassion Effective communication and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team What We Offer:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
