Marketing Assistant
Marketing Communications Assistant Grand Junction, CO Part-Time Nuclear Care Partners is looking for an aspiring Marketing Assistant looking for the opportunity to join a fast-paced, mission-driven work environment directly working with our Marketing Communications team in our Grand Junction, CO office.
The Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Marketing Communications Supervisor.
Our Marketing Communications team manages promotions and advertising in over 20 states and oversees internal communications to over 1,000 staff members.
The Marketing Assistants work will be critical to the smooth operation of the Marketing Communication department, the attainment of its goals, and the advancement and long-term growth of the company mission.
SHIFTS:
20 hours per week (flexible schedule within M-F, 8am-5pm).
This is an in-person, in-office position.
COMPENSATION:
$16-$18/HOUR
Implement the marketing strategies and campaigns organized by the marketing communications department
Systematize processes involving promotional mailings and data management.
Manage databases and ensure most accurate information.
Assist in the management of our customer membership group
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns (internal and external).
Assist with administrative tasks as they relate to marketing.
Research and vet new vendor partnerships.
Assist in the management of our employee recognition program.
Help answer phone calls from leads and staff.
Supports the development of advertising materials, collateral pieces, and marketing communications.
Provides support to sales, product, and operational teams.
Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (direct mail, social media, web analytics, etc.
)
Organize and manage marketing collateral.
Acts as a liaison between management and 3rd party vendors such as publishers, printers, data aggregators, etc.
to order marketing materials, swag, signage and other branded collateral
May assist with the execution of market research activities ranging from formal focus groups to telephone surveys, to street interviews.
1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
Creative thinker with an analytical mind
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple projects with varied time-lines & ability to adhere to deadlines
Previous experience in marketing is a plus Experience with these platforms is a plus:
