Essential Functions:

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following Work with Hospitality Management company to adhere to property budget, monthly & annually.
Be yourself and genuinely care about each interaction.

Greet and check-in guests, answer questions, and respond to issues in a timely and professional manner.
Hire, train and onboard all new employees Scheduling and managing team schedules Create and implement property standard operating procedures Maintain vendor and onsite contractor/construction team relationships Manage reservations through all booking platforms and channels, take payment and process refunds when needed.
Respond to all OTA messages and stay inquires.
Maintain a positive relationship with employees and guests Review employee performance and conduct personnel actions such as disciplinary actions and terminations.
Responsible for monitoring Guest Reviews/Feedback and responding consistently.
Use feedback to help train/guide/reward team members.
Ensure full compliance to SOP's, policies, procedures, and service standards.
Performs daily, weekly, and monthly property inspections and seasonal projects.
Monitor maintenance progress and FF&E (Furniture, Furnishings, and Equipment) conditions Inventory tracking and ordering to ensure proper par standard.
All other duties as assigned by Management.
Assist in covering shifts.
Attend weekly meetings with Management Group.
Education and Experience The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and/or skill required.
High School Diploma / GED; OR an equivalent combination of education, training.
Strong management skills, ability to appropriately assign or delegate work and authority to others in the accomplishment of goals.
And provide coaching, advice and assistance as required.
Management in hospitality industry preferred Skills:
Attention to detail is a must Proven working experience in relevant field Ability to work independently and remain motivated Must be able to work in a team environment Helpful with customer service orientation Time management skills Professionalism along with speed Ability to be versatile and switch tasks as needed.
