depending upon experience Position Summary The Office Operations Manager is responsible for the general office operations, procedures, and resources of the Western Slope offices and to ensure excellent customer service to staff, customers, and vendors.
The primary role of the Office Operations Manager is to make it possible for other employees to function effectively, efficiently, and safely.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Office Management Essential Duties 1.
Oversee day to day supervision of the employees and departments supervised, including clerical staff and the Facility/Janitorial/Equipment Supervisor.

Provide direct supervision of employees within the department supervised by interviewing, selecting and training new employees; setting employee work hours; handling employee complaints and grievances - with a means of resolution; conducting performance appraisals; preparing and/or recommending disciplinary action or corrective action plans and rewards for employees; providing ongoing training; preparing and/or making recommendations for termination or advancement of employees.

Develop, implement, and maintain Agency wide Standard Operating Procedures for the department supervised.
4.
Coordinate and oversee inventory, ordering and purchasing of supplies, furniture, and equipment.
5.
Organization, retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, storage, and removal of company records.
Ensure security of confidential information.
6.
Provide oversight with internal audits and assist with state audits.
7.
Participate in management meetings, Safety Committee meetings, and other meetings as required.
8.
Troubleshoot system problems and liaise with IT team to resolve problems.
Work closely with all departments to ensure needs are being effectively met.
9.
Participate in the preparation of and adherence to the department's budget.
10.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Highly Desired:

Bilingual/Bi-literate, preferably in Spanish.
Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma, plus 1 year experience as a supervisor in a related setting.

Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Strong knowledge of I/DD or child welfare populations.
3 years direct office management experience.
Certifications/Licenses Valid Regular Driver's License, with acceptable driving record.

Notary Supervisory Responsibilities Provides direct supervision of Administrative Staff and Facilities/Janitorial/Equipment Supervisor.
Physical Demands 1.
This position requires that the incumbent be capable of bending, sitting, stretching, and/or reaching regularly for periods up to 2 hours without a break.
