Through this innovative new program called PACE, we balance the medical, emotional, physical, and social needs with care that allows each participant the opportunity to stay safely in the place they call home.
The day center operations assistant will greet and check in participants upon arrival, assuring all are welcomed and receive any assistance needed upon arrival.
Incoming phone calls will be answered in such a manner to promote a welcoming and competent customer service experience.
The Day Center Operations Assistant provides administrative and practical support to the PACE Day Center staff and operations using efficient and effective scheduling and organizational skills.
What You Bring:
HIgh School diploma or equivalency Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of medical records systems Minimum of one year experience in administrative work in medical field A genuine spirit of caring and compassion Effective communication and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team What We Offer:
