The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our facilities, equipment, and grounds.
This includes inspecting and troubleshooting mechanical systems, performing minor repairs, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The position is on call as well $50 per install of our products
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address any potential issues.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning to ensure the safety and efficiency of the facility.
