Responsibilities:
Cleans and sanitizes dishes, by hand and automated dish machine.
Retrieves dish carts, patient trays, and employee trays throughout the organization.
Cleans up after catered events.
Cleans and sanitizes in Food Service according to the daily, weekly and monthly schedules and in accordance with department standards.

Collects and takes out the garbage in the kitchen, The Flying Pig and dish out areas Maintains all dishwashing equipment and equipment records Responsible for correctly labeling with an MSDS sticker of all cleaning supplies and cleaner bottles used food services department.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent ServSaf sanitation certificate or Food Handler's card within 90 days.
This position's pay range is:
$15.
00 - 21.
00 per hour, depending on education and experience.
