Responsibilities:
Meets basic patient care needs and reports to nursing staff.
Maintains safe and clean environment within the patient and nursing unit.
Prepare for surgical procedures.
Properly handles instrumentation following procedures.
Preparing patient's surgical suite for needed supplies and equipment.
Completes secretarial duties under the direction of professional nursing staff.
Maintains the nursing station and provides clerical and nursing support.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year of related experience.
CERTIFICATES/LICENSES:
Current Certified Nurse Assistant (or recent graduate of an accredited baccalaureate program) or current EMS or Surgical Technician certificate.
Current BLSThis position's hiring range is:
$24.
50 - 29.
40 per hour, depending on education and experience.
Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increases, market adjustments, recognition bonuses and other forms of discretionary compensation may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
